This month has been a crazy month, full of distractions and beautiful weather. Despite all of that, I ended up reading a lot of really excellent YA reads, most of which have been on my To Read list for quite some time!
I'm turning 30 next year, and along with a few things on my bucket list, I had to put together a list of 20 books to read before 30!

Maybe it's because my mom is a history teacher, so I grew up immersed in classroom, soaking up all of the American history that I could. Whatever the reason, my favorite genre of books, and the genre I keep coming back to when I'm in a slump, is historical fiction.
